Carole Foley is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in ophthalmological events and related activities. Carole’s personable nature and strong organizational skills make her a highly effective leader, ensuring both the precision and smooth execution of every project she oversees. 

Her legal background as a solicitor has provided her with exceptional attention to detail, critical thinking, and negotiation skills—attributes that have significantly enhanced her capabilities in project management. Carole’s journey into project management began approximately ten years ago within the legal sector where she managed teams and projects within a large Irish banking and operations support company, developing expertise in detailed planning and logistics coordination. She has since shifted her focus from managing complex projects within the legal and aviation sector to providing clinical project management services to medical associations and its committees. 

In recent years, Carole has expanded her portfolio to include live events, using her legal precision and project management expertise to ensure smooth execution and high-impact experiences for attendees. She excels in logistics coordination, vendor management, and attendee engagement, all while maintaining a high level of professionalism and client focus.
